Thera-Band® Exercise Tubing includes natural rubber tubing available in 7 color-coded levels of resistance. Proper use of these systems for resistive exercise provides both positive and negative force on the muscles, improving strength, range of motion and cooperation of muscle groups. Color-coded progressive resistance gives at-a-glance documentation of progress from one level to the next.

With Thera-Band® resistive exercise systems, measuring progress and achieving goals for fitness or therapy is easier than ever before. Different resistance levels are determined by thickness of the tubing. We designed the Thera-Band® exercise tubing with color-coded levels increasing in difficulty from tan to silver. This comprehensive system provides positive reinforcement and feedback for gauging results.

Thera-Band® resistive exercise systems cost much less than other exercise equipment sold with claims of achieving similar results, plus they are portable and versatile with virtually unlimited uses. Turnaround & Regional Delivery Estimates

Once your order has been confirmed and if the product is in stock, it will ship out within 1-2 business days. Generally, delivery times are as follows:

Local Calgary: 1-2 business days
Western Canada:1-3 business days for major cities, 5-7 business days for rural areas
Eastern Canada: 4-7 business days for major cities, 7-10 business days for rural areas
Yukon, Nunavut and NWT: 10-15 business days

Shipping Rates

Effective September 5, 2023, we will be once again offering free shipping across Canada on applicable orders.

If orders don’t meet minimum threshold, we offer flat shipping rates on most orders that are determined based on province. Prepaid rates are determined before any GST or taxes.

If any item(s) on your order are on backorder, we will ship out the items that are in stock first. When the backordered item(s) become available, we will send a second complete shipment. You will not be charged additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
