To protect the user from the very hot moist heat pack, all moist heat packs must be applied with either a hot pack cover or heavy towel completely wrapped around the pack. The terry cloth hot pack cover allows therapeutic moist heat to penetrate without burning the skin. Hook and loop fasteners keep moist heat packs in place. Soft microfiber finish gives comfortable feel. Covers are machine washable.

Once your order has been confirmed and if the product is in stock, it will ship out within 1-2 business days. Generally, delivery times are as follows:

Local Calgary: 1-2 business days
Western Canada:1-3 business days for major cities, 5-7 business days for rural areas
Eastern Canada: 4-7 business days for major cities, 7-10 business days for rural areas
Yukon, Nunavut and NWT: 10-15 business days

If any item(s) on your order are on backorder, we will ship out the items that are in stock first. When the backordered item(s) become available, we will send a second complete shipment. You will not be charged additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
