Simply remove exercise band from polybag and it is ready to use.

CanDo® high quality latex resistive exercise band has been used in clinics for rehabilitation, conditioning and training since 1987.

It has become a well known staple of many physical therapy programs.

CanDo® exercise band is an economic solution for upper and lower body exercise.

Lightweight, compact and portable. Durable. Effective when used alone, or with handles and anchors.

Color-coded according to the exercise band’s resistance.

CanDo® is licensed to use the Thera-Band® color sequence so resistance level is easily identified. Available in 8 levels of resistance for progressive exercise. Levels range in order of resistance from least to greatest resistance: tan, yellow, red, green, blue, black, silver, gold.

Uniform width - each band is 5" wide. CanDo® low powder exercise band is made of natural rubber latex, which may cause allergic reactions. For those with latex sensitivities, there are latex-free alternative offerings of CanDo® exercise band.

Turnaround & Regional Delivery Estimates

Once your order has been confirmed and if the product is in stock, it will ship out within 1-2 business days. Generally, delivery times are as follows:

Local Calgary: 1-2 business days
Western Canada:1-3 business days for major cities, 5-7 business days for rural areas
Eastern Canada: 4-7 business days for major cities, 7-10 business days for rural areas
Yukon, Nunavut and NWT: 10-15 business days

Shipping Rates

If orders don’t meet minimum threshold, we offer flat shipping rates on most orders that are determined based on province. Prepaid rates are determined before any GST or taxes.

If any item(s) on your order are on backorder, we will ship out the items that are in stock first. When the backordered item(s) become available, we will send a second complete shipment. You will not be charged additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
