Tubing is available in 8 resistance levels. Levels range in order of strength from least to greatest resistance: tan, yellow, red, green, blue, black, silver, gold. Resistance exercise tubing has become a staple of many physical therapy and athletic training programs. It is an economic solution for upper and lower body exercise. It is lightweight, portable and durable. Effective when used alone, or with handles and anchors. Simply unroll desired length of exercise tubing and cut with scissors.

Turnaround & Regional Delivery Estimates

Once your order has been confirmed and if the product is in stock, it will ship out within 1-2 business days. Generally, delivery times are as follows:

Local Calgary: 1-2 business days
Western Canada:1-3 business days for major cities, 5-7 business days for rural areas
Eastern Canada: 4-7 business days for major cities, 7-10 business days for rural areas
Yukon, Nunavut and NWT: 10-15 business days

Backorders

If any item(s) on your order are on backorder, we will ship out the items that are in stock first. When the backordered item(s) become available, we will send a second complete shipment. You will not be charged additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
