Turnaround & Regional Delivery Estimates

Once your order has been confirmed and if the product is in stock, it will ship out within 1-2 business days. Generally, delivery times are as follows:

Local Calgary: 1-2 business days
Western Canada:1-3 business days for major cities, 5-7 business days for rural areas
Eastern Canada: 4-7 business days for major cities, 7-10 business days for rural areas
Yukon, Nunavut and NWT: 10-15 business days

Order Tracking

A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been processed in our shipping department. If you do not receive your tracking number, please contact us at info@vereburn.com.

Shipping Rates

Effective September 5, 2023, we will be once again offering free shipping across Canada on applicable orders.

If orders don’t meet minimum threshold, we offer flat shipping rates on most orders that are determined based on province. Prepaid rates are determined before any GST or taxes.

Orders that incur large weight, volume or dimensional size may be subject to additional freight. Orders that are shipped to a remote area may incur additional freight. If you are ordering equipment or AED batteries, you will be contacted by a Vereburn representative to inform you of additional freight or dangerous goods shipping charges.

Backorders

If any item(s) on your order are on backorder, we will ship out the items that are in stock first. When the backordered item(s) become available, we will send a second complete shipment. You will not be charged additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
