HeartStart Adult SMART Pads are appropriate for cardiac arrest victims weighing 55 pounds (25 kg) or more.
Due to the need for adhesive backing, defibrillation pads are a one-time use item and should be replaced IMMEDIATELY after any use or prior to the expiry date, which is listed on the package.
The OnSite pads are fully compatible with OnSite CO1, OnSite RO1, and the HeartStart In-home Defibrillator.

Turnaround & Regional Delivery Estimates

Once your order has been confirmed and if the product is in stock, it will ship out within 1-2 business days. Generally, delivery times are as follows:

Local Calgary: 1-2 business days
Western Canada:1-3 business days for major cities, 5-7 business days for rural areas
Eastern Canada: 4-7 business days for major cities, 7-10 business days for rural areas
Yukon, Nunavut and NWT: 10-15 business days

If any item(s) on your order are on backorder, we will ship out the items that are in stock first. When the backordered item(s) become available, we will send a second complete shipment. You will not be charged additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
